New Format for This Season

  • there will only be three teams (red, blue and white)
  • team yellow will consists of reserve players
  • players (both regulars and reserves) must confirm attendance by Saturday @ 4pm
  • if a team has less than 14 players, the team captain can request players from the reserve pool (team yellow)
  • reserve players will be added to short-handed teams in order of their attendance confirmation
  • each week, each team will play two halves of two separate matches
  • teams will get 3 points for each won match and 1 point for each tied match (tallied in the 2nd, 4th and 6th weeks)
  • if a team has less than 8 players (automatic forfeit), the team will be considered to have 2 goals allowed for that half
  • weeks 7 and 8 are playoff weeks, which will consists of 3 separate matches:
  • 1st place vs 2nd place (1st place starts with 1-0 lead)
  • 2nd place vs 3rd place (2nd place starts with 1-0 lead)
  • 1st place vs 3rd place (1st place starts with 2-0 lead)
  • there will be no tie breakers or PKs – if 3 teams end up with same points; regular season ranking applies
  • first place wins big rice, second place wins small rice
